This morning America awoke to #FIREFAUCI trending all over social media – the result of the doctor’s recent comments to CNN that the federal government moved too slowly against the coronavirus and thus cost lives in the early moments of the outbreak. He also noted how this was a result of a vast misinformation program/cover-up by communist China but CNN and other Mainstream Media outlets have predictably ignored that part of Fauci’s statements as headline after headline blares TRUMP DELAY COST LIVES.
It’s a bit of revisionist history playing out that hopefully won’t fool nearly as many Americans as the media and their Democrat Party cohorts are hoping for.
Remember, it was President Trump who acted swiftly to halt travel to and from China via a January 31st order. This is the same order that both media and political opponents of the president then said was an over-reaction. Joe Biden even suggested it was racist.
January 31st – remember that date and then watch the following statement from Anthony Fauci – the same man who is now saying the federal government acted too slowly. This statement by Mr. Fauci comes one month after President Trump’s travel ban was initiated – a travel ban he apparently did not support:

Fauci told Americans to go about their lives as normal. There was no push for stay at home orders, social distancing, etc., within his original guidance as the Director of the National Institute of Health. He was pushing this advice to not only President Trump at the time but to all of America. And then, weeks later, he abruptly changed course and came out with frightening projections of the virus that had potentially millions of Americans dying. And now, as those projections have come up so short as to render their original assertions absurd, Mr. Fauci is now claiming the federal government could have done more and lives could have been saved.
It’s a bizarre contradiction that more and more are now wondering is the result of vast incompetence on the doctor’s part or even more disturbing, a sign of his long-standing political inclinations. (Fauci is a decades-long government bureaucrat who was a big supporter of Hillary Clinton.)
Media outlets like CNN have all of the video footage of Mr. Fauci’s earlier “there’s nothing to worry about go about you normal lives” statements but are neglecting to use them to now question the doctor’s past and present claims. – as if they are working to protect the doctor as they continue to attack President Trump.
Remember, in early February these same media were complaining the president did too much.
Now, they are attempting to say he did too little.
That’s not a free press so much as an increasingly dangerous example of widespread media propaganda where news events are shaped 24/7 to aid in a hoped-for outcome.
And to those now demanding President Trump fire Doctor Fauci know this – that’s exactly what CNN and their like are hoping for. That act will no doubt then cue the “Impeach Trump” version infinity as they will claim Fauci is being fired for telling the truth even as they continue to ignore Fauci’s own words/incompetence regarding his shoulder-shrug to the virus back in February/early March.
