Glad to know.... I want to supoprt local or regional pork producers for my bacon and ham and chops. Noting like smoked Virginia Ham. MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm... Had one yesterday. Fabulous... Still got half of it left. I suspect miz micro is going to warm up things for the dinner hour today! Mt mouth os drooling already....
