I'll be delighted to admit that I'm wrong, if it turns out that way. But we'll have to firm up the rules about what it means to be wrong. And it may be hard to tell. If, for instance, we stay locked down for a year and then the virus doesn't reemerge, is that because the virus was over-hyped or is it because the lockdown worked? If the virus kills 60,000 in the U.S. despite unprecedent amounts of locking down, is it just another flu or is it a nightmare that only killed 60,00 because of the action that was taken?

Like I said, the definitions of "right" and "wrong" will have to be established.

I am willing to admit I was wrong if it turns out that way.
