Just made my own Aioli.. A lil honey Dijon and dehydrated onions, Taste good now

Be a whole lot better tomorrow when the onions marry with the mayo,,,,,,,
I made a cheese quesadilla with half walla walla sweet onion 4 cheese blend and some salsa. Sure smells good LOL

When I was younger we called these a cheese crisp with salsa . DQ had da best.......

I heated it up in the fry pan, 2 tortillas folded it over and fried. Made it nice and crispy and held together great,,,,,,,,, I will be making this again.........
