I do not believe The Donald is in any stupor. He has given every indication that he KNOWS this lockdown has to end, sooner rather than later, if the financial health of our society has any chance of surviving. I think he is letting Fauci talk, because he is the medical expert, but he isn't giving up the power to decide when to step in and save our economy from the "cure" for this Chinese Virus.
