You accept no visitors. You disinfect your mail and deliveries, both inside and out. If you don't care to do this for yourself, do it for the others that you're around, people you presumably care about, because if you catch this disease, you'll probably give it to them as well.

There's a path this epidemic follows that goes "CASE... CASE... CLUSTER... CLUSTER... *BOOM*". I am sorry to say that the United States is now entering the *BOOM* stage where the disease is everywhere. The worst of it is within 50 miles (as the crow flies) of New York City. That region is about to be totally overwhelmed, and I expect the rest of the country will be deluged with horror stories from New York that should serve as a good example of what not to do.

The *BOOM* looks like this and will soon (three weeks) be vertical, yielding numbers in the millions:
