COVID 19 Update

Everyone is aware of COVID 19 and the impacts it is having across the world and with supplies and businesses across the country. Things have changed rapidly with our business and FishMoxFishFlex.com and we wanted to keep you up to date on those changes and how they impact us as a company and you as our customers.

Supply Update
Unfortunately Thomas Labs has completely closed due to COVID 19 (temporarily) and we will be unable to get any new shipments from Thomas Labs for an extended period of time. Unfortunately this means that the inventory we have in stock now is all we will be able to ship until we get a new shipment, we expect this to be a month or more. We recently did a full inventory count and updated the quantities on our website so if you are able to add something to your cart on our website it means that item is in stock and we can ship it to you if you order it. If an item is out of stock you won't be able to add it to your cart to purchase that item.

Additionally we are doing everything we can to get new products in and we have recently placed an order to bring in a new line of Fish Medicines that are USP grade and manufactured in the USA. We are hoping to receive this shipment in 2 weeks but we can't guarantee an ETA because of constantly changing government restrictions on travel and businesses. As soon as we receive it we will send an email letting you know.

Price Changes
Supplies for the Fish Medicines we sell have become harder and harder to get & unfortunately costs are increasing as a result. We recently had to increase prices on our website about 10% because of the changing market, we are trying to limit our price increases as much as possible but we wanted to be transparent with you about increasing costs.

Our Service
We are still working hard to get every order shipped out the same day it is ordered, however, we are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails so our typical email and phone response time is longer than normal and your order will ship within 1-2 business days instead of on the same day it is ordered. You should receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you leave a message or send us an email we will get back to you but we want you to know it might take longer than normal. We apologize for any delays and want you to know we are committed to making sure we take care of our customers and get all of your orders out and questions answered.
