...those cars are mostly stuff that they took away from a drug dealer and kept for themselves through that forfeiture act thingy where they can just confiscate anything they want from an illegal enterprise, or from someone who isn't prepared to spend more money fighting them than the car is worth. This is nothing but legalized robbery and flies in the face of the constitution.
