...I dunno about the rest of the county, but in Ga ya can't even do police work in your own car. Judge will toss the case every time. It holds down on the number of people out there impersonating cops. It is also a violation of the law to have a blue light on any civilian vehicle. It ia also against the law in Ga to pull anyone over in an unmarked car even if it is a police vehicle. The things the govt and cops can't do is pretty specific.
