This article is missing WA. I lived in concrete for a while and there was all kinds of late night activity there. I could hear the C-3o's or whatever their cargo planes were. I could hear them late at night flew over a small mountain range out there and they would stall their engines slow, drop down and unload their payload then gas them and get the hell opt of doge.........
They have one in Bothell, That's not Concrete....
