Re: "The Governor is telling several universities I know of to send the students home and to do their studies online."
I think all the schools will close down.

Yesterday, Joey called and told us that UVA will be making an announcement. The expectation is that classes will be on-line only for the remainder of the semester, but we still don't know for sure. I do know that Harvard and other top colleges have already told their students to not return when Spring Break ends.

Many I talk to on-line are still not taking COVID-19 seriously. What's happening at colleges (and probably at public schools across the country) shows that they should. If kids are home, many parents will have to be as well. It matters. I tell the optimists that the disease is expanding exponentially, but it's clear that some don't understand what exponential growth means.

One entertaining illustration involves the bacterium E. coli, which can reproduce itself very quickly. A single cell, provided with optimal growing conditions will become two in only twenty minutes, and a colony of eight will exist in one hour. That's not too too alarming. Many would shrug it off. But in twenty four hours, the colony will exceed the mass of the earth. THAT is what exponential (geometric, actually, since we're only doubling) growth can do.

The Governor is telling several universities I know of to send the students home and to do their studies online.

Ohio State would be one of them. My alma mater University of Cincinnati is another, There are others I know of because sister inlaw still works at one.

So OHIO is sending the kids out of the dorms and classrooms and sending them home.

That is one approach I suppose..
