Moreover, the United States has approximately 300,000 empty hospital beds at any given time. I estimate that we will run out in two months.

At that point, in May, I don't know what we'll do. We'll probably begin putting patients in empty K-marts and the like, giving them shoddy care with limited access to Healthcare professionals as they themselves fall into short supply (what, you think they won't be catching the disease?)

In other words, May is when Americans who should have been savable will begin to die en mass.

Get ready for this, folks. Unless there's some sort of a miracle, this is the crisis of our lives. The sad thing is that it didn't have to be like this. We should be mass-producing masks and ordering EVERYONE to wear them when they're out in public. If we did, and they did, SARS-CoV-2 would quickly (3 months) go away. We aren't doing that. It's clear that we are are intent on sitting in the paint and learning a lesson the hard way.
