The ladies on The View already have Joe Biden in the White House. They think he’s a near certainty. So much so, they’re already picking his administration out for him.
Of course, we all know senile Joe isn’t going to win and liberals will be even more shocked and devastated in 2020 than they were in 2016, but in the meantime, it’s fun to watch them fantasize.
However, Whoopi may want to brush up on her facts before she starts picking Grandpa Joe’s fantasy cabinet and administration.

Whoopi didn’t realize that Biden’s wife Jill isn’t a medical doctor. She’s is a teacher. So, as much as Whoopi would love to see her as the next Surgeon General, I’m guessing she’d be out of her league.
