I read them. I am so busy I dont have much time to spend on anything these days.

My father has a total clean through fracture of a bone in his left wrist. Needs an orthopedic doc today. I managed to get his ring off his swollen finger without cutting through it...

OH. Almost forgot.. SHOES that help with cushioning your walk and step so your lower back does not get jolted as much.

Brooks GHOST 12 Got a pair last night. These are great and super lightweight but have a TON of shock absorbing cushioning in the heel and sole.. The guy told me they were far better than the Asics Gel Nimbus which gets lots of attention for this same thing. He told me this Brooks shoe would have twice as much and he was right... And cost less also.... Very lightweight shoe but great on my back when I walk... Just a heads up for ya....

Take care. Got to arange transport of my dad to the orthopedic doc this afternoon and back....

Something is suppose to happen. 2 mini nukes the size of suitcases detonated at the same time in 2 cities the USA. NOOOOOOOOO Its not me, chezzzzzzzzz So much info tonight ..The book of Revelations in the bible spell it out...........

And listening to CBS coast to coast while out looking at the new boat to fix, a caller called in and there is a natural substance that chases Viruses out of human cells so the immune system can destroy them. Wasn't paying attention to right down the word but it is 6 letters. Virus hang out HIDDEN in human cells and can be triggered to release from different influences. YES one being 5G . 5G triggers the brain to release these.

Maybe the brainyacks of the world know this natural substance and can make it work..........
