There are not a whole lot of large placedl ike Mexico City or where the resorts on the oceans are except foa couple. MOST people live in squalid conditions. I can easily see one person with that stuff spreading to the entire community, and to the next village and so on..."I've been to Mexico too and am well aware of the conditions. But this virus does not depend upon squalid conditions. It does seem to depend upon cold weather. None of the places with significant breakouts have been warm. (You might think of Iran. Guess what? Iran has snow.) In Thailand, the Northern country has the virus. The warm Southern part does not. The Philippines had a case but no breakout. Etc. There's lots of reason to think Mexico won't have a big problem.
