Qustion for you.
Did you ever get a roll on bottle of Salon Pas and apply that on your painful area? I roll it on first thing in morning when I get up, wait an hour, and do it a second time. In about fifteen minutes I am relieved of that pain and soreness nailing me... Try it.. Seriosuly.. It works. It will help you. Do this a couple of three times a day... Seriously..
I am going to make an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon to consult to see what is going on with mine to get better handle on it...
I also have a goal to lose about 20 more pounds... That will help also..
