I was wondering how your lower back pain is doing.
I am in a period of acute low right side misery to the point I cannot walk more than about one eighth of a mile before I have to get off my feet or fall down.

I even have on a pair of $200.00 orthotic shoes. So I am making appointment with my family doc to got alk about where we should go from here. Likely to see the spine surgeon for analysis..

That is why I was thinking about you. I am sure mine is caused by degenerative arthritis down there and likely some of the spurs are seting off nerves.
