Doesn't it strike you as a bit odd given that there are 7,000 people in California alone who are now 'self-quarantined' and being medically monitored? Why haven't they been tested? I think that we don't have the means to test them. We don't have the kits. If we were prepared, we would be testing every person in the country with flu-like symptoms. But we aren't.

We aren't prepared. Not by a long shot.
