I just pulled this off the grill. I love the skin so I cooked it till all fat was gone and skin black LOL..

I spent part of this afternoon shopping again. I picked up antibacterial hand sanitizer (just one, but it's the jumbo size), canning jars (two 12-packs, quart size), four twelve-packs of LED light bulbs, laundry detergent (3), bleach (2), dishwasher soap (3), toilet bowl cleaner (4), shampoo (3, jumbo size), aspirin (one bottle of 500 tablets) and two 4 lb cannisters of sugar. We're gettin' there, slowly but surely. Friday I'll be going back for more food.

We had some of the canned yams - along with chicken and asparagus - for dinner tonight. Yum.
