Yeah, these types of federal laws are nothing more than ridiculous pandering. "Hate crime" laws for instance ... murder, by its very nature, is already a crime of hate. But, thank our lucky stars that our nanny government has seen fit to make sure that if you murder someone of a different race or creed without exhibiting all due LOVE and RESPECT, then the feds will pile on after the state has already sentenced you to either life imprisonment or death.
