I will be continuing to pray for Mila and her sister both.
I would really like to recommend a book for anyone who has the least bit interest. I found i fascinating.
It is titled: " Imagine Heaven " by John Burke
I found it fascinating and yet very much in tune with what Scripture says about Life outside of this earthly tabernacle, also known as the body....
This body is just a shell in which WE actually occupy for a temporary time. It is corruptible, which means it decays over time.
God promised us a new, incorruptible body he will give us and has already prepared for us, those who love HIM.
This book should be both comforting and enlightening in that the reports in it come from people all over the world who do not know each other but their experiences are all the same....
The great Apostle Paul, who wrote over half of the New Testament under direction of the Holy Spirit, and spread the news about the Messiah, Jesus Christ, has come in the flesh to most of the entire known wold atthat time, including all of Rome who inturn spread it to the British isles, and then traveled across to America with the believers, has sated clearly in his writings that to be "absent from this BODY is to be immediatley present with The Lord. None of the Apostles who were ALL martyred and killed for their faith in Christ, feared death at the hands of the Jewish and Roman non-believers. They knew what Jesus Christ had said and they witnssed HIS victory over the grave and death, HIS resurrection and a glorified body God had prepared Him. They knew death was not finality but only the beginning of an eternal life with HIM !
These accounts in this book whom the author went and spoke with personally should be a source of great hope and joy. I was thrilled when I read the book and know beyond any doubt the moment my heart stops beating I will be in HIS presence, experiencing pure love from HIM who loved me and gave His life a sacrifice for my sins so that I could have my sin debt paid for, The Father's Justice is fulfilled, because of Christ, and I can have the joy of being in HIS presence forevermore...
SHould JESUS decide to bring MILA home with HIM she will much missed here but greater loved by HIM there. She will be waiting for the rest of the family members and will meet them when their journey hereon earth is complete and promotion day to Heaven comes for them! It will be quite a reunion.....
Heartache is difficult here because we feel so helpless. It is natural and normal but also it hard on our bodies.
Sorrow is but for a short season, but JOY cometh in the morning is very true scripture.
ALL who have buried loved ones know this.
For the believers in Christ, Death should really be named PROMOTION to Heaven... That is what it is.
We are afraid because it is something we have never experienced before and yet, as that time draws closer, great peace and love come to theone who is leaving for a better place as their eyes get vision of things unseen before and see the angels gathered round to take them home to Jesus. The invisible things of God become visible when our eyes and or minds are spiritually opened by HIM as we are p[repared to leave this temporary housing called a body and move into a much better eternal body already prepared for us.
My mother inlaw's eyes were dancing and glittering before she took her last breath and looking right to left and up and down. I wondered what she was seeing. My wife and her sisters saw it too. I believe she saw her gaurdian Angel in the room and maybe some other angelic members as well that we cannot see. Sparkles were literally coming from her eyes, the first time her eyes had opened in over twelve hours...
Then she was gone. Immediately ever line or wrinkle in her pain wracked face smoothed out and she looked 20 years younger. I will never forget that....
I look forward to seeing her again and my father in law as well who went to heaven at age 51. He was full of faith.. I loved him more than my own father.
GOD'S perfect will be done in little precious Mila's life. We as parents and grandparents want her to get well and stay here with us. That is natural and normal. We should be asking HIM in prayer for healing of this little one if it be HIS WILL. He is able to raise her up. If it is HIS will that she should stay here for her apponted time like we all have, then HE will by HIS power do that.
And now, O God, as we bow our hearts and heads and come on our knees before you, we would lift up Mila to you and ask you to have mercy and heal her broken body to be raised up in health that we may give YOU the GLORY and HONOR forever. We commit her to YOU Lord. YOU know what is always best and you know our hearts and our thoughts. Nothing is hidden from you or secret. Lord, if it would be pleasing to you we ask you tor aise up Mila to the joy of her parents and grandparents and we will give you all the glory and hionor that belongs unto You forever and ever,
in the Name of Jesus Christ, the Blessed SON of God, we ask this of you Lord, Amen....
