Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Re: "I have all the below and am totally prepared about anything......"
Good! Your best asset is your skillset. That's a type of preparation you can't stockpile. Wish I had skills.

I will probably pick up another month's worth of food on Monday. I received my first "spare" order of Warfarin a few days ago. It's a 90 day supply. I wish I had more, but what can you do? The doc is only going to give a single spare prescription. (He was okay with doing it but wondered aloud if he was breaking any rules.) It will take 270 days to fully fill the 2nd scrip and give me the one year reserve I'd like.

I wish I knew what else to stock right now, when it's still easy. That's the problem with prepping. You never know what it is that you're really going to need, and you don't want to store things that will spoil. I suspect that, barring only those who work at Cheyenne Mountain, NO ONE is truly off grid. That means that no one is necessarily prepared. You'd have to be an isolated mountain man.

I don't know if you ever watched Doomsday Preppers, but I don't think I ever saw a prepper evaluated at the end to be able to last more than 18 months. Few made it beyond 8 months. It's just too difficult.
