The latest news is all bad. Covid-19 is extremely contagious. It can be caught even from people who show no symptoms. It lives for days on surfaces. Survivors do not develop lasting immunity. It will circulate year after year from now on. Like the flu, vaccinations will be a crap shoot. Upon second infection, it may have 50 times the mortality rate of influenza. And although Europeans may not die from it in the first go around, they will in the second or third.

On the brighter side, medication for treating it is available -- from a country that is not our friend.

If all of this is true, humanity is screwed. Ten years from now, we may have half our current population. The global warming fanatics will be thrilled.
