In my past 2 years of paying attention Tylenol/ Acetaminophen and is the friendliest to you liver and stomach. Ibuprofen and naproxen and the others killed the lining in my stomach......and my liver stopped bleeding when I stopped those 2.. My stool was black for months. Blood and excise Bile.........I am rebuilding my system, with a lot of new foods and apple cider vinegar in my juice. Works wonders........Avocados, walnuts, hate them LOL, beans, carrots, dark green veggies, bright fruits. Amazing what nature can do. It is working for me...

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Re: "...all the drugs they sell these days have "wonderful" side effects."
I'm on quite a few drugs: Warfarin, Flomax, Metaprolol, Ibuprofin, Aspirin, Lipitor. Today I stopped taking Tylenol. My liver will probably thank me for that.

There were initially some pretty bad side effects from all the drugs I was on. I had that hallucination I told you about. My weight fluctuated wildly. I had about 25 migraines in the two weeks following hospital discharge. Vessels burst in both of my eyes. Today, though - close to two months following surgery - I'm not aware of any nasties that have persisted. I've still got a host of problems, but I think they're side effects of the surgery, not the medicines. Fortunately, most are noticeably improving day by day.
