The 11th commandment is: Thou shalty NOT live on hotdogs alone. Good decision. It's okay to have ONE every once in a great while, like a month. THAT will not hurt you.

BUT, you may want also to look at and scrutinize other things you regularly eat and avoid things that are high in fat and sugar.

OATMEAL should become your best friend every morning. Get some sugar free syrup to put in it , some chopped walnuts, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries for toppers.

You will be FULL and have eaten things that are very good for you and our digestive tract. RICH foods taste really good great but they should be the exception rather than normal...

It's tough. I know. I completely changed the things I ate at one time for cholesterol and triglyceride readings that were beyond the charts. Now I am in range of normal...

It's all about mental discipline captain. YOU can do it...

The values are a % of daily intake, BUT over ones life. Thats a lot of bad things going into the blood system......... In da garbage they go. I love, used to love hotdogs.......

I'm having some great northern beans right now. Taste pretty good with nothing on them.......... And green tea with citrus. Very tasty,,,,,,
