What you normally have between vertebrae spaces are things called Discs, which are like little zip locked strage bags of a fluid that acts like a cushion between your vertebrae of your spine.

SO, if that DISC is no longer providing a buffer betweeen youy vertebrae this is called a herniated disc because the disk ahas ruptured and the fluid has all leaked out...

Today, they now have an artifical buffer in there in between, a liner of you would.
Something else that which has been long a long time is vertebrae disc fusion where the doc takes a few vertebrae that are rubbing and put a steel rod through all of them and fuse them together so they quit rubbubg and become essentially ONE Bone. This is what Tiger Woods had done. My father had 5 disks pinned and fused in the middle of his back.

I like the option of replacing the herneated and ruptured disk with artifical material that acts like cartilege in your knees.

I hope you can get the help with the insurance.

You seriously need a very good orthopedic spine doctor.

Been there, done that, and am a patient of one.

91 bpm,, is even high for me DE, Take it easy on the new plumbing LOL. My back is shot. No chiro is going to fix where my back is, as the xrays I posted a couple days ago. The cartilage between the 2 lower most disk is gone. I have bones rubbing on bones. I feel it every time I move now. IT IS TIME,,, I am going in tomorrow and try to get community health apple insurance. I had it before so I am hoping.......IT aint gonna fix itself I have come to see LOL..... I take it real easy now and watch my every move.......


My eye is scared from the metal, I feel those now. Will take a couple days for them to heal..
