...I get a message on my comcast account. They have to update my equipment. Thing is that those boxes do not have to be updated daily. Probably not even monthly. Maybe once a year. What they are really doing is collecting the data that your box collected around your house the previous day. Have you been walking around nude in the room with your tv? Does Eric know?
