My brother and his wife have, between them, had three knees replaced, and I'll back up what micro said: She'll have a tough row to hoe over the next few months. My sister-in-law was here last summer bragging about her new titanium "bionic" knees, and the three of us hiked most of the way up a local mountain. Now, they didn't set any speed records, but they both did well.

Which knee is being replaced? The one on her butt-kicking leg? If so, you may get a nice reprieve for a year or so. This'd be a good time to tell her about all those family heirlooms that got broken when you were watching football with your buddies...

I'll do my best to direct positive universal karma her way. That worked for me... hopefully for her too! Hang in there, buddy.

I was just thinking about your mrs. and wondered about when she would be getting prepped for this.
That to me is the worst part because it always makes me nervouse just waiting and thinking...

This is a tough surgery ribs. She will be in pain , lots of pain, after the painball and blocker shots have worn off. And after thathe therapy will begin because she has to star moving that joint to get the muscles and ligaments to stretch...

I will go and start praying for her now.

Hang in there. It will be a long few days but that is why you married each other. To be there for one another when toimes like these come along...

The Lord bless ou and her and give her peace that passes all understanding...
