You're only in the hospital 24 - 48 hours? A knee replacement should be good for a month's of rest in the hospital. IMHO

I asked her if I could have company come stay overnight just so my back don't get cold. She says "Nope". Woman sure knows how to ruin a good time.

You are so right - mz ribit should be looking out for YOU when she's having surgery. There's something wrong with that.

Bring all of the ingredients to her recliner and she can make your meals while she recuperates.

I predict she will get well soon as no one except me can eat my cooking for long. There are some folks out there who do not realize that a can of sardines a can of pork and beans and some saltines make a great meal. Esp for breakfast.
