America's Got Talent is a talent show. If Howie Mandel voted for the queer (are you referring to Cody Lee?) because the guy is queer then Mandel was wrong to do so. If he voted for the queer because he had the most talent, then he was right.

It should be obvious, but it bears reminding that people are individuals and should always be treated as such. Biases might work as rules of thumb, but they don't describe all members of groups. Evil creeps in when we forget this - one of the worst mistakes people, especially liberals, make often. (Just look at clo and her unrepentant hatred of white men, stemming from having been brought up as a little princess by a man who later abandoned the family. She was then raised by a mother who brainwashed clo into thinking that everything was daddy's fault, even as clo turned out to be just like him.)

If you're ever on the receiving end of bias, you know that it's a pretty screwed up way to be treated.
