Indeed - initially it looked like KC's chances were glim in a windstorm of Texas horns and now it is a shooting match. What a game so far - 2nd half is going to be fun finally, for pros, to watch. I am 2-0 this weekend and somehow I have both home teams today. 4-0 is rare so it feels like GB might be my loss to keep me humble LOL.
I have a friend with whom I bet $1 on games for FUN and we put all ties into "The BOX" to keep a custom going. The BOX came about from a great friend of mine who passed away on Christmas day in 06, (whom I miss dearly) who always wanted to bet $1 on everything and heck I am game, so there you go, and off we went betting for fun all the time. Well I grew tired of losing as my friend was extremely astute - college FutballZ was his domain and regardless of the betting subject he won most of the time. SO I created The BOX. Think of it was the 'house' and ALL ties went into The BOX. This way he put money in because at this point for me a tie was a win. Here was the thing about The BOX, when we hit a number - say $50 or $75 and something good was on sale, like snow crab legs, we would spend The Box and have a fantastic time enjoing the contents. Win Win and man we had fun betting. I am 100% positive he would be betting on the Tigers :-) And as he was a Gamecock grad you know which tiger he would be betting on.
Anyhow - really good to see everyone is still kicking and ticking in a good way!! Nemo - man what a great thing your are doing for Perry! De - glad that ticker is still ticking as 'cost' is not relevant. Micro, I hope your condition has improved and/or you are getting to the etiology of them to find the solution. To everyone else and the King, keep up the good work! And thanks to MrsDe for joining in on the festivities, I am no longer the 'rookie' on this bored(sic)
