Got started on what is going to hold the 1/4" plywood to the sides. Aluminum 1'4" U track, I will fasten it good to the boat, then design the ply sides with windows cut out, then I will fill the tracks with silicone and force the ply down inside. It a snug fit. I will rivet it all together when done. He wants the sides to curve inwards like 7*, and will tie that into a roof build out of the same. A picture when I get there will explain the method to our madness LOL..
