are the cops too fat to chase anyone OR do they simply want to not catch bad guys through a car chase? I always enjoy when some idiot on the telvsion police shows thinks they are going to outrun law enforcement in a car.
I don't know how many additional counts or laws they just broke doing that but apparently these people have not yet realized they cannot outrun a radio and an entire force of uniformed police.
