I can't yet inhale deeply because of my chest, so they gave me a gadget that I'm supposed to suck on "ten times per hour." Doing so makes a bead rise until it's in a certain range on a gauge. The whole point is to have lots of air circulating in the lungs so as to keep them dry and avoid pneumonia. I know you don't have such a gadget, but you can simulate what it does by just taking five slow, deep breaths through your mouth every five minutes.

I have to leave the keyboard because I am coughing my lungs out, am bleeding through my nose, tickle so badly deep down my throat and I have filled the toilet bowl this morning with nasty crap I have coughed up from my lungs.

Other thanthat I am doing great. Been up since 3:00 a.m. because could not sleep do to couging spells and lack of being able to breathe laying in bed.

MUST be reclined on a slant. That means recliner at far end of house...

SO I leave you for now. Gotta get this cough under control fast.... Maybe some Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch I have kept for ten years already. That makes it 28 years old. Don't know whatthat means but I am tempted to find out....
