A is the correct answer.

As it should be. The bar for impeachment should be high
and all the protections of the Constitution and the Bill
of Rights should be most stringently adhered to.

The democrat party gave lip service to it all. Pretending
to claim that it was a serious solemn affair. Queen Pelosi
is reported to have said that impeachment should be a
bi-partisan affair.

Looking back now it is incredibly obvious that there was
nothing bi-partisan about this impeachment affair. There
was even nothing honest about it and the democrat party
made a mockery of the Constitution be denying anyone who
might defend the President his Constitutional Rights.

And the democrats are not the only criminals here. The
American media also aided and abetted this travesty of
justice. They pretended hearsay was evidence and, from
what I read,they did their best to not mention just how
partisan the vote to impeach was.

But I think most in here already know this already.

Historical / Constitutional Question of the Day!

The articles of impeachment in the United States Constitution are there for:

A. Removing a president who is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors from office.

B. A club for the speaker of the house to beat the president over the head (from behind) with in an election year.

This is a tough question only if you base it on what the MSM has to say about it.
