my wife and I are about to make our ANNUAL batch of Coconut Joys dipped in melted dark semi sweet chocolate and placed on wax paper to cool in the refrigerator for about an hour, which they can harden somewhat and put into a cookie container or tin that fits in the refridge.
I can post the recipe and how to make. They taste like MOUNDS only better. VERY easy to make. BUCKEYES are easy to make also. Those are likle Reeces peanut Butter cups only rolled into a ball and dipped in the dark chocoloate with just a littleof the top of the peanut butter rolled ball showing. THAT is what makes it look like a Buckeye nut.

Jiff peanut butter mixed with confectionary sugar and rolled into round balls any size you want, placed in freezer to get cold and hardened before you use a toothpick to pick it up and dip in a pan on the stove of melted chocolate and then place it on the wax paper which is on a cookie sheet. When full put in yer refridge for a little whiole and then you can put them into large cookie containers and keep in refridge.

The coconut is Bakers sweet flaked coconut. You do add somememlted butter to it as I recall and maybe something else. I got to get the recipe out and look cause my memory ain't the greatest.
