Re: "Happy Birthday to me!"
Today (the 7th) actually *is* my birthday. As a gift, my wife told me we were heading over to the Budweiser brewery in Merrimack where we would attempt to break a world's record. "Oh, boy!" I thought. "We've got this in the bag!"

Well, it wasn't what I thought at all but it was a whole lot of fun even though I was severely underdressed for standing outdoors in 16° weather for over 90 minutes. Years from now, I'll be able to point to the 2020 Guinness Book of World Records with my four fingers and six toes and tell my grandchildren that I was a world record holder. How many of you can say that?

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

While it's NOT my birthday, I just checked the value of one of my accounts I opened on the tenth of this month one year ago.

As of yesterday, that account is UP 19 percent.

I agree it is not as good as some of De's outstanding picks he has graciously shared with us in the biotech industry which have doubled and tripled in a short time period,
But I am very happy with a nineteen percent growth in a little under a year .
This is with one of the guaranteed 8 percent growth accounts I mentioned. I have three others all of which have done very similarly. A nice one year gain and I sleep well knowing that the worst I can do is gain 8 percent from year to the next.

ZXimmer does it a little differently by using the dividend paying stocks from companies that are steady and many of them increase their dividends annually. Another steady source of income...

De on the other hand does it the old fasioned way. He just picks up and coming companies and buys some of their stocks and watches them become 2, 3, 4, 10 baggers.

Of course, let's just assume he also knows how to hit the sell button and take some profits off the table to re-invest..... (I am sure you do De).....

Anyway, just a bit of good news for me today....

I am going to go watch some college playoff futzball today and all I will say is:

GO BUCKEYES and DAWGS !!!!!

Please Bulldogs, play some GOOD defense today and shut down the LSU offense and put a beating n that LSU team!

(neevr thought I would cheering loudly for an SEC team but reality is there are some very fine and outstanding teams in this league year in and year out....

Clemson has a pretty good tema and head coach as well....

Me, being LAZY on Saturday!

MY Low BACK is KILLING me even with Meloxicam and Percocet both .

Really need to see the Orthopedic back surgeon who did my last micro surgery and see if he can fix this. I am in true misery and only other thing I can think of is doing something I know would not be considered good but that saved brand new ten year old bottle of Johny Walker Black Label 18 years aged Scotch is staring to look enticing . I don't drink alcohol so the effects of that would be huge and fast. I also don;t think its a good idea to mix that with the pain meds I took which I wish were twice as strong.... Man my low back is screwed up....

Catch you guys later. I need to go sit in my heated recliner so I can heat this up and se if I can get some relief...

Later....

DE,

still holding you and your wife up in prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ to whom be GLORY forever and ever!
