from my understanding the prosecutor and defense lawyers will ask us if we can be impartial. I will ask them, If this is a traffic hearing, which it will be. I will ask them. Was the defendant texting or on their cell phone when the infraction happened. If they say yes, I will say GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will let me goo haha
