If they is a terrorist and known murderer, that is totally diferent.

...well, whatever ya do, ya don't pat em on the head and turn em loose. Put em in jail til the war is over (it never will be) or try them and execute them for war crimes.

Iffen they is simply an enemy combatant what you said it spot on. If they is a terrorist and known murderer, that is totally diferent.

Ya takes em out behind the building and put one ten cent slug through his head. Find a hole somewhere and thrwo him in it. Don;t waste money keeping them in a cell or anything else. They CHOSE to be a wanton murderer so they know what they should expect when they are caught... Same thing they gave out. No mercy...
