Iffen they is simply an enemy combatant what you said it spot on. If they is a terrorist and known murderer, that is totally diferent.

Ya takes em out behind the building and put one ten cent slug through his head. Find a hole somewhere and thrwo him in it. Don;t waste money keeping them in a cell or anything else. They CHOSE to be a wanton murderer so they know what they should expect when they are caught... Same thing they gave out. No mercy...

...for politicians who may or may not be interested, these folks are not your regular everyday criminals. They are terrorist with whom we are all at war. When you are at war and you catch an enemy combatant you do not try them, you do not rehabilitate them. Ya putz em in a prison camp and ya releases them when the war is over and not one minute before.
