...the reason this is named as it is is cause of a long forgotten complaint from decomp about having to scroll down when changing from one board to another. I am not sure this will fix the problem but I gotta do my best to protect his "scrolling finger". He might need it for nose pickin or scratchin his arse or getting dust and mouse turds out of his valuables or well, you know.
