well it's official I no longer have internet

They finally admitted they did a system upgrade a month ago in my modem no longer can keep up with what the crap they're delivering me. Now I get it wait 3 to 5 days for him to send me the new modem. Good luck with that. This is the worst internet I've had in my life. My 15K dial-up modem when I first got on the internet was faster than what I got right now. Unbelievable I will be hitting Miss probably for a 3-4 days
