This is pathetic. The pendejos of Mexico want to steal from Walmart's bank account for something it is NOT even culpable for - defense against an unprovoked, armed incursion onto its property. No one is guaranteed absolute safety in this life - ANYWHERE - life ... and death ... happens. Law enforcement is charged with protecting the peace, but even they cannot be everywhere at all times and prevent any and all bad actions of mentally unbalanced people and criminals. But, if the greedy, grasping putas of the Mexican government ... THE very ones who are responsible for maintaining security in Mexico ... wish to unwisely go down this road, then they need to be sued by the U.S. government for all of the American nationals that get killed and wounded in the national WAR ZONE that is present-day Mexico.

The Mexican federal government announced the filing of a lawsuit in a U.S. court against Walmart for the August 3 mass shooting in El Paso, Texas. Mexico City claims the shopping center failed in providing necessary and reasonable security measures.

A U.S. law firm hired by Mexico's Consulate in El Paso filed the lawsuit on behalf of 10 Mexican nationals who were victims in the attack. On August 3, a lone gunman entered the Walmart near the Cielo Vista shopping center targeting what he called "Hispanic invaders" in a manifesto. The man killed 22 and injured 24 more. Texas prosecutors filed capital murder charges against the alleged shooter.

"Through this lawsuit, the petitioners are seeking justice not only for them but also for safety for the public in general," Mexico's Foreign Relations Ministry said in a prepared statement after the filing of the lawsuit. "Mexico's government will continue using all resources available to keep these types of incidents from happening and to repair the damages suffered by the victims." ...

First, you prevent all of the tens of thousands of murders that occur in Mexico each and every year, and then ... and only then ... you can start talking to us about murders that occur north of your border. If you don't like that, then don't allow your citizens to cross our border. Simple as that. Now ... f#&k off.
