Louisiana's Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards was reelected Saturday, defeating Republican challenger Edward Rispone. With the victory, Edwards remains the only Democratic governor in the Deep South. His win is also a setback for President Trump, who had campaigned for Rispone and other Louisiana Republicans in recent weeks.
