This injury was Tuesday night and I woke up this morning, and my whole right bicep is black and blue. I popped it good LOL

Not the shoulder out of socket, Tendons pop also when they tear. My right bicep is twice as big as the left. I didnt tear it completely but enough for the muscle to contract in my arm. I guess I will just sleep the rest of my life. Cant get hurt that way LOL
