I remember the Y2K tech stock collapse.
In 1998 and 1999 my bowling buddy Ricky kept saying
"Look at that Yahoo - daahhnng." I looked at Yahoo . . .
P/E ratio in the lower stratosphere and a share price
going up like a rocket. Scared the heck out of me.
Yet folks was buying dot.coms like no tomorrow.

In 2008 it was subprime mortgages.

What is the bubble in today?
