May I ask
what exactly would staying up all night, besides depriving one of vital sleep requirements, would actually do to prevent a stroke, or somehow prevent MS which is a disease?

You walked into a wall and damaged your knee which now needs to sugically repaired? What did you do to it?

That sounds like it might have hurt just a little....

Tear something like a meniscus or a ligament or tendon or perhaps cartilege? I am familar with repaired knees as mine have been surgically worked on twice and the right one needs replaced sometime... I simpy am not willing to do it..

You really need to sleep. THAT will help more than anyhing.

Hope you get to feeling better.

It is better to do this than to get multiple sclerosis again...

or

have a stroke

or

have that mild form of brain tumor that comes and goes...

I walked into a wall yesterday and now I need an operation on my left knee.

I can't believe it. CAN YOU?
