Re: "If your heart is racing, you are in A-Fib."Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. If I'm walking UPHILL, my racing heart is probably just exertion. A-Fib is an ERRATIC heart beat, not a fast one. I think that so long as no one sticks probes up my arteries and tickles my heart, I'll be A-Fib free.

I'm pretty sure that the metoprolol is messing with my heart rate. I'll have to read up on it. But, also, let's not forget that walking uphill was what initiated my first doctor's visit. I was having chest, shoulder and arm pain. This could just be an offshoot of that.

I don't have much choice. There are probably ten days or fewer remaining where it will be possible to haul things to the barn, and I have GOT to make some room around here. It's way too cluttered, especially if I'm going to be laid up.
