I think I just figured out what I did. I was sitting on the john , for DEs sake, LOL and when I went to do the paper work, I noticed my right bicep is twice the size as my left. I ripped the damn tendon at my shoulder. This cant be good..............
All from shacking out a paint brush...

I went out and did some brightwork in the shop and went to wash out the brush, I went to shake it off and when I went down with my arm and jerked it back up, something popped in my shoulder and holy crap. Talk about excruciating pain. I cant believe this......... I will try the chiro tomorrow, if he can't fix it off to the hospital. I am not accepting of getting old at all LOL......Cant even use my right arm.......It is propped up on the desk just to type...........
