Re: "are you behaving yourself physically??? Your better half don't want to be a widow.."
Thank you for the concern. I actually shoveled and turned my compost pile (which is about 6' high and 10' in diameter) this afternoon. Moved it to a new spot so I'd know I'd done the entire thing, then covered it up for the winter. Compost needs to be turned in order to give it oxygen.

Temps here are falling to 28° tonight and to 26° on Sunday. Winter is just around the corner and there are things that need doing! I am taking it easier, though, with more breaks than I probably need.

The cardiologist told me that I didn't need to change my work habits. He said, in fact, that it would be good for me to continue with them so that I'd know if something else changes (in which case I need to go to Emergency.) He didn't think I was on the brink of a heart attack or that I'd have any trouble making it to my surgery date. He also said that he would call me very low risk as far as the surgery and recovery goes. (Most people who have this procedure have about twenty years on me.)

The angiogram is on the 8th at Dartmouth. The first real snow of the year . . . is also on the 8th. Figures, huh? Fortunately, the weather forecasts are rarely correct that far out.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

got home a bit earlier and had time to post one comment. Today was a wonderful day. Best meeting I ever had with a new company and its owners. Wonderfully nice people and am going to be a lot of business with them on a regular basis from now on... The founder and I are both mechanical engineers so we hit it right off.

He couldn;t waitto show me the things he had made in his plant to use as equipment. His son was extremely kind and full of energy like his 74 year old father.

It was my understanding that another of my clients in the city had spoken very highly of me to them and they coluld not wait ti contact me.
That always feels good when people that you look out and go the extra mile for speak highly of you to others .

SO I am already at work on three projects of theirs and hapy as a Nemo eating seafood or frsh OPyster Stew with a really yummy dessert afterwards... lol!!!!

Getting rady to go watch my grandson play high school varsity football. Final game of year. It is colder than a well diggers grave here for this time of year. I have onthree pairs of socks, two pairs of pants, two sweatshirts and will be taking a blanket and a warm coat... In the stands when the wind blows it gets pretty cold from multiple directions...

Decomp,

are you behaving yourself physically??? Your better half don't want to be a widow.. Thumbs Up (can I get an amen?)

TAke it as easy as possible and do not tax your body. Please.

Want to enjoy reading your very interesting thoughts an posts for a long time to come.... Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Very Happy

Goodnight everyone and have a wonderful rest of the evening. I am going to go head out to the stadium...
